Rising to the spirit of the theme, our Community Club PEHEL-ARCAUSE organized the INTERNATIONAL EARTH DAY/ WEEK from 22nd to 28th April ‘2023 in the college to create awareness about the fragility of our earth and ways to make it more livable and sustainable. The main focus was on UPCYCLING wherein old t-shirts, drawing sheets and newspapers were up-cycled and converted into carry bags. These bags were then distributed to the public at a newly opened cafeteria near Chandi Chhak, Cuttack. Student volunteers also explained the positives of such up-cycled products that go a long way in saving trees and the environment.
